I do not like surprises, and thus I assume that my clients do not like them either. I charge flat fees as much as possible. However, even in the most complex of cases where the work is billed hourly, my billing estimates allow my clients  to accurately forecast their legal costs.

Reduced Overhead

I find innovative ways to strip my company's overhead costs to their bare minimum without sacrificing the quality of my work. For example, I use virtual offices and free software. 

 

Responsible Spending of Clients' Funds

I use free legal research resources, to the extent it is possible, to reduce my clients' costs. I also make sure my clients do not pay for any unnecessary expenses.
