Modlin Legal Services, Inc. 

Ms. Modlin was born in Saint Petersburg, Russia, and immigrated to the San Francisco Bay Area in 1994.  She received her B.A. from University of California at Davis, and her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law. She is a native Russian speaker, and is also proficient in Spanish.

While in law school, she served as a Vice President of the Jewish Law Student Association and as a Staff Editor for the Journal of Law and Social Challenges. Twice, she was the recipient of a Law Merit Scholarship.

As a law student, she interned at the San Francisco Office of the Public Defender and Yahoo Litigation Group. She also served as a judicial extern to Hon. Saundra B. Armstrong and Hon. Claudia Wilken of the United States District Court of the Northern District of California.

She passed the California Bar Exam on her first try and was admitted to practice law in 2007. Immediately, she founded Modlin Legal Services, Inc.
